Psychological Wellness Group,LLC.
Enhancing psychological wellness through individual and group therapy,
psycho-educational workshops, and psychological assessment in North and South Florida.
About the group practice
With two physical office locations, Tallahassee and Weston, we provide in-person clinical services as well as tele-health services throughout the state of Florida.
We are a team of clinicians who strive to establish authentic, respectful, and connected therapeutic relationships with our clients. We aim to create a supportive environment and facilitate change through evidence-based approaches to therapy such as CBT, MBCT, EMDR, and DBT to name a few.
Although each clinician has their own style of therapy, each of us values diversity and social justice. As part of therapy, we welcome discussions about identity, culture, experiences of oppression or discrimination, current events, etc.
Please see the About Us page for more information and feel free to reach out with any questions or for a free consultation.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a therapist. A therapist provides a supportive, non-judgemental environment that allows you to talk openly about personal problems or life's difficulties. A good friend can listen, but a trained therapist uses various approaches to help people live happier, healthier and more productive lives. The right match when choosing a therapist is important to the process of therapy so if you have any questions about us or the practice please feel free to reach out.

Joining a group of strangers may sound intimidating at first, but group therapy provides benefits that individual therapy may not. Most individuals who join a group are often surprised by how helpful the experience of being in the group is for them. Groups can act as a support network and other members of the group often help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenge, and hold you accountable along the way. If you would like to lean more about group therapy please see the helpful information section bellow.
